Q: How often should I use FirmSlim?
A: A walnut size application (about 1.5” diameter) should be applied to each area, for example a thigh, twice a day ideally morning and night. Another great time to use it is after a shower or work out as the body will be warm and active. Using the product more than this will have no negative effects.
